The library and the AI connector
Reading the library, searching it, the “Ask ChatGPT / Ask Claude” links and the connector at
https://solvefortax.com/mcp need no account. We collect no names, emails or chat contents for them.
- What we receive from the connector: only what your assistant sends to use a tool: the search words, the document id it wants to read, or the question for a memo link. We never receive your conversation, files or your assistant's memory.
- How we use it: only to return the search results or documents. Recent searches are kept in the server's memory for up to 10 minutes to answer repeats faster, then discarded.
- Logs: like any website, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (time, page, IP address) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited time.
- Sharing: we do not sell or share this data, and do not use it for advertising.
Research memos (account)
If you create an account to order memos, we process your email and name (sign-in by Clerk), your questions and memos, and your payments (by Stripe; we never see your card). Questions and the relevant law are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the memo, under terms that do not allow training on them. Emails (sign-in links, receipts) are sent by Resend. You can delete your memos at any time. Details are in our Terms & Privacy Policy.
